Pestemal’s website is an online platform that operates at the internet address www.pestemal.gr. Please read carefully the following terms & conditions that govern the use of this website before placing any orders. All orders, deliveries and services are exclusively governed by the Terms & Conditions set out below.
To be able to purchase an item through this website:
You are required to provide personal details.
You warrant that the personal information you provide is both accurate and true.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
You warrant that you are the holder of a valid credit/debit card.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Items offered in this website are for sale on the price stated herein. A purchase contract between you and “Pestemal” becomes effective only after you submit your order and your order has been accepted by us.
You submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process:

Choose your “color”.Confirm quantity.Click on the “add to cart” button.Click “Checkout” to proceed:
Checkout as a Guest or Register under “Check out Method” and then select “Continue”.Fill in Billing Information and select “Continue”.Select “Shipping Method” and then select “Continue”.Provide us with Payment Method under “Payment Information” i.e. PayPal and then select “Continue”.Under “Order Review” you will be able to view the details you have provided and correct any possible mistakes and then select “Order” to complete the transaction. After completion of the above processes, you will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of your order. Mind you that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending an email that confirms that products are ready to dispatch along with the official order receipt/invoice.
PRICING
Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If your card is not charged in Euros but in other currencies then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the day your card issuer proceeds with the transaction. Please note that the prices on this website do not include delivery costs, a sum that will be added to the total amount due upon completion of your order. Please refer for more information to our Shipping Information section.
PAYMENT
We take good care the payment methods through this website are secured.
Payment can be made by PayPal and any other method which is stated on this website. Your card company may undertake a security check in order to confirm the identity of the person placing the order.
In case your card company refuses or does not authorize the payment, then we are not liable for any delay or even non-delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY (GREECE ONLY)
If for any reason you do not wish to use PayPal as your payment method, we can offer Cash on Delivery service for Greece residents only. Please email us at [email protected] for details.
DELIVERY AND INSURANCE
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service is carried out by greek post registered mail for international shipments and by greek post registered mail within Greece.Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only and commence from the dispatch date.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.
We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address you provided us with.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility.Please check the package is not damaged before signing.
During sale time and shipping offers there may be a slight delay.
TAX AND CUSTOMS
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
International shipping is carried out by the national greek post registered mail. Once a product is selected and added to cart, the first step of the checkout process involves a “get a shipping quote” application – at this point you will receive a quote based on the destination the product is to be shipped. Estimated delivery time is approximately one (1) to five (5) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only. Shipping within Greece is carried out by national greek post registered mail and a rate according to weight in euros is applied for shipping services with every order.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
TRACKING AN ORDER
It is possible to track your order through national greek post registered mail for international orders outside of Greece and national greek post registered mail for Delivery in Greece. The email you will receive confirming your order will provide the relevant tracking number for each shipping service provider.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice (any time after your order has been placed) up until 7 working days from the day after you received a verification email of your order and the product has not been dispatched through post. Email us with the title cancellation of order and include all information, order number, name etc to [email protected] and we will refund you within 5 working days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return the items delivered to you within 5 days upon delivery date by return shipment without stating any reason. Note that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the costumer.
You can only exchange the purchased item for the same item in different size and/or color, based on availability. We will not accept exchanges of other kind. Should you decide to return a purchased product be advised that you will have to make a new order for every next purchase. All items should return to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled thus we may send them back to you.

Pack up the item you wish to return carefully in their original box and send them back clearly addressed to: PESTEMAL, 100 ADRIANOU ST. ATHENS-GREECE. Please send us your parcel by post only, such that we avoid any unnecessary delay in customs. If the item is defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund for your purchase or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.

LIABILITY
All products on this website are of satisfactory quality, comply with their description and fit for their purpose. We guarantee that we have good title to sell these products to you.
We accept liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
In case we breach these Terms & Conditions by ordinary negligence any major obligation or secondary obligation whose breach puts the achievement of the contractual purpose at risk or whose fulfillment is essential to the due and proper performance of the contract and whose fulfillment customer could reasonably rely upon, shall be limited to foreseeable damage characteristic for the contract.

We are not held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay to meet our obligations caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control.

NO WAIVER
In case you breach the Terms & Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you breach the terms and conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with purchasing through www.pestemal.gr shall be governed exclusively by Greek law (EU law) and shall be subject to the competent authority of the courts of Athens, Greece.
